The applicant intends to create a sleeping area and a full bathroom above the garage,
incorporating an enclosed structural connection to the main house. Additionally,the
proposal includes the removal of the existing rear garage stairs, which will be
reconstructed internally within the garage.
This application is hereby denied upon the grounds that such use of the property would violate the
