Comments My parents own and have lived at 14 1/2 Cottage Street for
over 40 years. My Siblings and I were very lucky to have grown
up on quiet and safe street with very little traffic. It is this kind of
neighborhood and community that have always made Saratoga
Springs the special and unique place that it is.
I object to this proposed project because I believe will do great
harm to the peace and safety of this neighborhood and
community. The proposed project will dramatically increase
traffic and noise on what is a very small street. I was surprised

to see how close the proposed project is to two historic homes
in the area, located at 23 Park place and 36 White street. I was
shocked to see that placing a large condominium structure in
such close proximity to these beautiful historic homes is being
considered at all. Especially in a city where we take so much
joy and pride in the preservation of our beautiful historical
architecture.
I am not simply against development and change but I
sincerely believe this particular project will do much more harm
than good to our community
There are better ways to develop this lot and I urge you to
consider them for the sake of the neighborhood.
