My Siblings and I were very lucky to have grown up on quiet and safe street with very little traffic. It is this kind of neighborhood and community that have always made Saratoga Springs the special and unique place that it is. I object to this proposed project because I believe will do great harm to the peace and safety of this neighborhood and community. The proposed project will dramatically increase traffic and noise on what is a very small street. I was shocked to see that placing a large condominium structure in such close proximity to these beautiful historic homes is being considered at all. Especially in a city where we take so much joy and pride in the preservation of our beautiful historical architecture. I am not simply against development and change but I sincerely believe this particular project will do much more harm than good to our community There are better ways to develop this lot and I urge you to consider them for the sake of the neighborhood.
