We are quite amazed that a building of this size would even be considered in our historic neighborhood. Out of all of the properties in the neighborhood, our home is impacted the most because we adjoin this property. Nevertheless, we would appreciate it if the board 5/7/25, 3:50 PM Mail - Mark Graham - Outlook https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox/id/AAQkAGIxYTcxODdiLTE4ZmUtNDdlMy05MTNlLTA4ZjY5NTFhMDAzMQAQALj027FpzZdKnom7JDGc7nk%…1/2 could address our concerns with the applicant/engineer. 1. Our home is an old victorian home from the1800's. The house takes up approximately 90% of our building lot. Our home has a side setback of approx. 3-5' with the common boundary line with applicants. We find it amusing that the surveyor/engineer neglected to show how close our home is in relation to this proposed condominium building. The engineer did show our garage located at the Northwesterly portion of our property, but NOT our house. We ask that they show the location of our home on one of the maps so we, they and the board can see how close our home will be to the proposed building. Again, our home is approx. 3-5' from the common boundary line. 2. As mentioned above, our home is an old victorian. We would like to see a map showing our home along the side of this proposed building from a street point of view. We would like to see how large this building will be next to our home. Our concern is this building will engulf our home and will block our sunlight, block our view and will impact our privacy with 3 units overlooking our living room, kitchen and master bedroom. 3. We are also concerned with what type of exterior lighting will be illuminating the side of our home and property. We see that there is a proposed parking lot, and we would appreciate if the applicants can make sure such exterior lighting does not illuminate our home/backyard/property, etc. 4. We would like to know what type of landscaping/fencing is being proposed between our two property lines? Thank you John Wood Attach Photo (optional)Field not completed.
