1. ALL WORK MOST CONFORM TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND CITY CODE.
SPECIFICATIONS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
2. THE ELEVATION BASE FOR THE CONTOURS AND, BENCHMARKS' ARE BASED ON
THE NATIONAL GEODETIC VERTICAL DATUM. 1929.
3. ALL REFUSE, DEBRIS AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS TO BE REMOVED SHALL BE
LEGALLY DISPOSED OF OFF -SITE BY THE 'CONTRACTOR TO A LOCATION

8. A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY CANNOT BE ISSUES UNTIL ALL SITE WORK IS
COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS, AND AN AS -BUILT
