Why don't they go all in and just paint a huge face with angry red eyes and a sinister grin with bloody fangs? Health, History, Horses, and Halloween? It is too tall and massive for its setting. It has no ornamentation, no design elements that anyone would consider attractive. It looks like it's intended to enclose interior space at the lowest cost. Developers should expect to invest more in the quality and appearance of everything they build here. The Board cannot, must not approve this profound insult to our community aesthetic. They must send the developer back again and again, until we can see the promise of a building that, instead of scaring people away, would make them go out of their way just to see it.
