Comments I am writing to express my concern about the proposed
structure at 30 1/2 Caroline Street. I am not against the
development and improvement of this space; I am strongly

the historic district. We had to keep the initial front footprint and
size. Sure, we would have loved to have more additional space
to our home, but in context with the original structure, we

keeping certain design elements, using historically significant
materials and keeping the height in congruence with the rest of
the street was in the best interest of the historic area. The
same considerations should be given for this project. Thank
you.
