A proposal to remove a portion of one building and expand on the approved plan (22-32) of a
neighboring vacant lot to construct a mixed-use building. The additional s.f. on this portion is 2,768 s.f.
of commercial space and 29 additional units. The total of 30 and 30.5 Caroline St will consist of 4,593 s.f.
of commercial space and forty (40) apartment units of which are (17) one-bedroom apartments and (23)
studio apartments.
Location: Caroline St. (Broadway/US Rt 9 & 50 and NYS Rt 29)
Tax Map #: 165.60-1-81 (Current) &165.60-1-85 (Previously Approved Project)
Zoning: UC Urban Core (T-6)
