A proposal to construct a 1,172 s.f. addition to the existing private preschool building for an additional
classroom and to convert a second floor apartment to additional classroom space. The Special Use
Permit modification is removing the residential use and allowing the classroom use. An off-site parking
agreement for 6 cars is being proposed.
