Comments Hello,
As a long time resident of this city I would like to weigh in on
the latest rendering of the proposed additions for 30-30 ½
Caroline Street. I don’t feel enough consideration has been

The original shape and mass of lower Caroline Street is being
redefined dramatically with this proposal and that of 33-35
Caroline Street. We should be careful.

preservation but in perception and setting too. Please revisit
the design so that this structure is the highlight and not the
afterthought.
Thank you for your consideration,
Gabriela Bartlett
