ELIGIBILITY: To apply for relief from the City's Zoning Ordinance, an applicant must be the property owner(s) or lessee, or have an option to lease or purchase the property in question. City staff will prepare a legal notice for the public hearing and arrange to have the public hearing announcement printed in the legal notice section of a local publication at least 5 days before the hearing.
