Our house is just across Bank Alley from the site being discussed, and we have parking on Bank Alley. As you consider traffic flow in and out of driveways, the proposed upper driveway, for two cars coming off of Bank Alley, may be problematic for the owners in winter - particularly if the city goes through with earlier suggestions of making McTygue Alley one way. As I have previously commented on those plans, in winter time that steep alley is often very slippery. For those of us who use it to access near 4/7/25, 4:00 PM Mail - Mark Graham - Outlook https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox/id/AAQkAGIxYTcxODdiLTE4ZmUtNDdlMy05MTNlLTA4ZjY5NTFhMDAzMQAQAJp4lI41jt9EoaJxJ6pp%2BHA…1/2 by parking, we need to be able to go both up and down the flatter upper portion of the alley by Circular Street ( particularly the Murrays, for whom that is their only parking). We actually switch to using our Circular Street driveway parking in winter since Bank Alley is one of the last roads plowed - and even when plowed can be slippery upon exiting to McTygue Alley in any direction. IF this project goes through, the need to keep both Bank Alley and Mctygue Alley 2-way is even greater. Attach Photo (optional)Field not completed. Email not displaying correctly?
