In the matter of the request for administrative action relating to application

Saratoga Springs, New York 12866
to approve the revised plans removing the originally proposed extra column and approving
replacement of two front support columns.
The Chairperson of the Design Review Board finds that, in accordance with Section 8.3 of the Rules and
Regulations of the Design Review Board,the requested action is not substantive in nature and is not
contrary to the intent of the original Board decision. Therefore,the request for administrative action, as
described above, is approved.

7. THE PLUMBING SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A
SYSTEM OF VENT PIPING THAT WILL ALLOW THE
ADMISSION OR EMISSION OF AIR SO THAT THE LIQUID
SEAL OF ANY FIXTURE TRAP SHALL NOT BE
SUBJECTED TO PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL OF MORE
THAN 1 INCH OF WATER COLUMN. IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE 2020 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE OF NEW
YORK STATE.
