Hi Mike,
It appears from the site plan that the roof overhang on the East side of the house extends beyond the side
setback. Can you please provide setbacks from the property line to any part of the structure,including
overhangs.

I am reviewing your application for a zoning variance at 94 North St. The site plan states that
the calculations are to the exterior wall framing and do not include roof overhangs or bilco
door. These areas need to be including as part of the principal building coverage per the
zoning ordinance.
In addition, minimum setbacks are to any part of the structure,including overhangs. Please
provide revised setbacks based on the roof overhang (or the furthest protruding part of the
structure,including overhangs, decks, stairs, etc.)
