Location: Duplanville Rd/CR-46 Tax Map #: 177.-1-66 Zoning: Industrial-General (IND-G) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Board of Appeals on February 20, 2025. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on March 20, 2025. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comment: The Saratoga County Planning Board commented on the existing dilapidated stockade fencing along Adams Road. Repairs to that fencing may be included as part of the installation of the new fencing. Please contact the Saratoga County Planning Board if you have any questions regarding this matter.
