In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:  Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review Consistent with Section 13 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board determines on March 19, 2025 that the structure noted:  Does not have Architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and resources of the City of Saratoga Springs. Record of vote: motion determining no historical significance made by T Ehinger, seconded by G Wood: passed 6-0 In favor: TEhinger, LDiCarlo, RDuBoff, JGritsavage, GWood, K Cavotta Recuse: C Bennett And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on March 19, 2025:  Approve the demolition with the following conditions: Salvage the posts from the existing porch Record of vote: motion to approve made by T Ehinger, seconded by J Gritsavage: passed 6-0 In favor: TEhinger, LDiCarlo, RDuBoff, JGritsavage, GWood, K Cavotta Recuse: C Bennett Page 2 of 2 Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and actual work begun.
