This applicant has applied to use the identified property within the City of Saratoga Springs for the
following:
Demolition of existing service station ; Construction of new 4,500 sq. ft. convenience
store and 3,000 sq. ft. tenant space. Project proposes to retain the existing fueling
station use.
This application is hereby denied upon the grounds that such use of the property would violate the
Zoning Ordinance article(s):
Article: Table 3 — Area and Bulk Schedule; Article 6, Section 6.3.3.13
