NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

Saratoga Springs, New York 12866
involving Determination of significance and discussion of demolition of rear porch and chimney of an existing two-story structure in
the Urban Residential-4 (UR-4) District, tax parcel # 165.76-2-6.1, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
Consistent with Section 13 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board determines on March 5,
2025 that the structures noted:
Does not have Architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and resources of the City of
Saratoga Springs.
Record of vote:
motion to approve made by TEhinger, seconded by GWood: passed 6-0
In favor: TEhinger, CBennett, LDiCarlo, RDuBoff, JGritsavage, GWood
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance Article 240-13.9
Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on March 5,
2025:
Approve the demolition as submitted or shown on the attached plans

Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and
actual work begun.
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
may proceed with the demolition as approved
