Comments As a concerned neighbor, living across the street from this
proposed subdivision, we want to let the planning board know
of our concern regarding off street parking on the current
subdivision plans.
There are many things about this proposed subdivision and
plans that are going to be a benefit to our neighborhood.
Removing an uninhabitable building
Fencing to shield view of parking for Lot 1

Renovating the existing 2 story structure on Marion Avenue.
We are concerned that the required number of off-street
parking spaces for the duplex is not consistent with the UDO,
Article 10, table 10-C. We are adamant that any new planning
for our neighborhood be conforming to the UDO.
This needs to be addressed by the owner and made right in the
plans. Without the required 2 off street parking spaces for each
dwelling unit, cars would have to park on the street. That is
unacceptable.
For these reasons we respectfully request that the current
subdivision proposed be rejected until off street parking can be
conforming to the UDO.
Thank you
