The neighborhood is zoned for one, single-family residences per lot, and the type and cost of the homes built on Cherry Tree Lane reflect this, We understand Jonathan's desire to add office space and living space and we do not object to an addition to the existing structure to accomplish this. None of us are able to guarantee when or if we will move or the next homeowner's use of our current residences. Allowing construction of a second 1-family structure will set a precedence and lower the value of the existing homes and increase traffic flow.
