Aached you will find a photograph of an exisng building here in Saratoga that we designed. It is the Market 32 building on railroad place. We just wanted to show an example of the columns on that parcular building. These are similar to what we are proposing within the parking garage area of his project. An example of a visual already in place. Please note that we did not include the fencing or outdoor cabanas as they not only are not original, but they have been altered many mes over the years. Roof Plan – this was added to show area of mechanical equipment, stair bulkhead doors, etc. North Elevaon – Alternate #1: Revised window configuraon (larger studio windows), Revised façade @ exisng one story addion. Revised shadows (from west) showing depth of setbacks per Tamie’s request. North Elevaon – Sperry ’s third Floor Addion Concept elevaon to show massing with a third floor added to the original Sperry ’s building. East Elevaon: Revised to show façade changes to the exisng one story addion. Renderings: Previously submied renderings with trees removed. Revised renderings showing large “studio-type” windows similar to the fourth floor at 30 Caroline. Demolion photographs: Exterior and interior photographs showing porons of the building to be removed and current state of alteraons. Materials cut sheets added.
