I wanted to send over one last item to present to the workshop tonight. A ached you will find a photograph of an
exis ng building here in Saratoga that we designed. It is the Market 32 building on railroad place. We just wanted to
show an example of the columns on that par cular building. These are similar to what we are proposing within the
parking garage area of his project. An example of a visual already in place.

Per your email yesterday, the following bullets quickly summarize the revisions and addi onal informa on included in
our latest submission:
Demoli on Plan: Added to show the por on of the exis ng buildings proposed to be removed. Please note
that we did not include the fencing or outdoor cabanas as they not only are not original, but they have been
altered many mes over the years.
Floor Plans: The only changes to the floor plans include:
First Level Plan – thickened columns (wall) at the north façade.

Second Level Plan – now shows the second floor of Sperry ’s as exis ng.
Roof Plan – this was added to show area of mechanical equipment, stair bulkhead doors, etc.
North Eleva on – Alternate #1:
Revised window configura on (larger studio windows),
Revised façade @ exis ng one story addi on.
Revised shadows (from west) showing depth of setbacks per Tamie’s request.
North Eleva on – Sperry ’s third Floor Addi on
Concept eleva on to show massing with a third floor added to the original Sperry ’s building.
East Eleva on: Revised to show façade changes to the exis ng one story addi on.
Renderings:
Previously submi ed renderings with trees removed.
Revised renderings showing large “studio-type” windows similar to the fourth floor at 30 Caroline.
Demoli on photographs: Exterior and interior photographs showing por ons of the building to be removed
and current state of altera ons.
Materials cut sheets added.
Added photograph of Market Center Columns at parking area.
