Comments Since I cannot access the plans, I will just have to ask two
general questions: Will the height of the garage be the same as
the two story garage at 42 Fifth Avenue? I realize the height
restriction is not specified in code, however, it would be nice if
these garages are the same height. Second, once the garage
is built, black top installed, pool and patio, will the existing
blacktop to the one story garage in the back of the current
