This applicant has applied to use the identified property within the City of Saratoga Springs for the
following:
Seeking a variance for security fence type, chain -link fence topped with barbed wire
previously permitted, which currently exists within Grande Industrial that has been
restricted by newly adopted Unified Development Ordinance.
This application is hereby denied upon the grounds that such use of the property would violate the
Unified Development Ordinance article(s):
Article: Article 9. On -Site Development Standards, Section 9.5.J.1.b.iv & 9.511.b.v
As such, the following relief would be required to proceed:

❑ Advisory Opinion required from Saratoga County Planning Board
❑ Use Variance to permit the following:

Dimensional Requirements:
Relief from the restrictions on the use of spiked posts, razor wire, or barbed wire security fence
