You and I met a couple of months ago to review a sketch which matches the attached survey which indicates the proposed adjustment. Just to recap, Tom Newkirk and Bob Manz (Newman 543, LLC) purchased the three parcels last fall and desire to create two building lots and add a small portion of the remaining land (0.21 acres)to Bob's daughters' parcel to the west. Therefore, the three existing parcels would become two. The existing camp will be demolished in the future and Tom may decide to adjust the access easement to his parcel to the east but that has not been decided at this time. Currently, there is no plan to build homes on these lots, but they will be offered for sale. Let me know if you have any questions or need clarification.
