If possible, we would appreciate responses in writing. Has the property been surveyed? What is the small square shown by the Bilco door? If it is a Jacuzzi, we request a privacy fence and/or 6' plantings be required. The generator and air conditioning units are not shown on the drawings. Where will they be located? The existing gas grill, fed by an underground gas line, is not shown on the drawings. Where will it be located? What is the purpose of the “carriage house” to be built at a later date? Will it be a garage or is it intended as an apartment or rental unit? If it is to be used for and apartment or rental, we object as that is not in the character of the neighborhood. What utilities are being run to the “carriage house” area?
