Listed below are the minimum submittal requirements as set forth in The City of Saratoga Springs'
Subdivision Approval (Article 14). The Planning Board reserves the right to request additional information, as
necessary, to support an application. The Board also reserves the right to reject the application if these
minimum requirements are not met. Please complete the checklist below and provide with your submission.

NOTICE OF DECISION
IN THE MATTER OF THE

Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID#179.-3-29.21 1, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application
for preliminary plat review of a proposed three-lot conservation subdivision in the Rural Residential (RR)
District with the Planning Board and made the following decision(s):
In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 617 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short
Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and 11, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on
September 12, 2024;
And, in accordance with the purpose and objectives set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance
Article 14 "Subdivision Approval",the Planning Board issued the following decision on October 10, 2024;
Q Approve preliminary plat(dated July 24, 2024)with the following conditions:
1. The final plat shall include future vehicular connection to Riley Farm Lane and specify when that
connection will be constructed.
2. The final plat shall include a table with modified dimensional standards for the conservation subdivision.
3. The final plat submission shall include a draft conservation easement per 16.8 in the UDO.
Approval of the preliminary plat expires within one year after the resolution granting such approval unless
a final plat is submitted per 14.3 of the UDO. AA
