The public hearing on the above-noted project in the City of Saratoga Springs is scheduled to be held
before the Planning Board 6:00 p.m. on Thursday February 13, at City Hall, 474 Broadway Saratoga
Springs, NY 12866. Please come prepared to discuss your project; you may bring additional information
to present to the Board, either as hard copies or digital copies. It is recommended that you provide
information beforehand.
Neighbor Notice: Since your item is new, please ensure noticing is complete at least seven days before
the public hearing and all neighbors on the list provided have been noticed to ensure your item remains
on the Agenda. Please find attached the neighbor noticing instructions, cover letter, and mailing list.
Please provide the certificate of mailing to the city via email or hard copy. Please be advised all
addresses on the enclosed list need to be noticed.
Onsite Notice: You are required to post an onsite notice regarding your pending matter. This onsite notice
will be produced by Adirondack Signs. Please contact Adirondack signs for payment options
