Granting the variance will not produce any undesirable change in the character of the neighborhood. There are a number of
existing carriage houses along this area of George Street which are positioned similarly on the properties. By removing the
existing garage and replacing it with an attractive uarriaoe house. 0,ena will.actually be a benefit to the neighborhood and nearby
properties,

Although numerically the variance may appear substantial, in effect due to the new structure being only slightly larger than the
