Revised Site Plan Application
Dear Ms. Barden:
Attached please find an application for the extension of the Site Plan approval for 30 Caroline Street. As per the
Notice of Decision (NOD), the site plan would expire after 18 months of signature of the mylars which were signed,
September 1, 2023. The applicant wishes to preserve the site plan as he is seeking approvals on the Sperry's
parcel. As you are aware, the letter of credit has been posted and the required fees have been paid.
