Project Scope
Change exterior color for walls, doors and windows
Replace the hall way deck and handrails with new structures that are current code compliant
Remove the stairs on the Broadway side of the buildings
Replace the existing name signs with new signs based on the brand for the new company
Change the exterior lightings with new scones and exterior lights
Renovate the Office rooms and repurpose them for Ice-Cream and Beer vending service as well as reception desk
Setup a new 10’X12’ (or 10’X16’) shed at the entrance for pizza and breakfast serving
Change the landscaping and parking area to allow creation of sitting areas for F&B services customers
Project Summary
Change the Exterior Paints for the buildings including doors, windows, brick walls, siding and posts.
Replace the hall ways and make them to current code
Landscape the entrance and add outdoor sitting for hotel guests as well as onsite restaurant customers
Replace the signage in front with the new brand signs
