Dear Board Members,
As you are aware, this firm represents Oldest Lighthouse, LLC (the “Applicant”) with respect
to the re-development of the above-referenced property. As this Board has previously seen, the
Applicant is seeking all necessary approvals to construct a mixed-use structure at 33 and 35 Caroline
Street, Tax Parcels Id: 165.60-2-27, 28 and 29 (the “Property”), in the Urban Core (“UC”) District.
As noted in my letter and the materials which were submitted on January 10, 2025, the
renderings and elevations for this project were going to be updated to reflect the chosen material of
standing seem copper panels for the exterior of the upper two floors. Enclosed herewith is an updated
set of renderings and elevations to reflect this change.
If anything further is needed, please feel free to contact the undersigned. We look forward to
reviewing this project with you on January 29, 2025.
