RE: Request for Administrative Action for minor site plan changes to the AgroChem site plan at
26 Freedom Way, PB #20221117.
Ms. Barden:
Attached is the originally approved site plan signed by the PB Chair and a proposed revised plan.
The original is marked with numbered changes that correspond to the list below. This should
make it simple to find the changes as you analyze the differences. The revised plan is dated
12/6/24 in the revision box. The original is dated 6/28/23.
Revision:
1. Grass island converted to concrete pavement.
2. Pave trailer storage area in lieu of exposed crusher run.
3. Eliminate light pole.
4. Added concrete surface.
5. Added parking spaces and sidewalk.
6. Plan as originally approved @ 35.84% greenspace, as modified @ 35.10%
Note: The impervious area is not changed enough to impact the storm water calculations or
design.
If these modifications are approved, a final stamped plan will be submitted for signature. If you
wish to add notes or comments to the proposed changes we will modify per your request on
the final copy.
