Comments Hello Planning Board, I am writing to express concern with the latest submittals from the applicant regarding the project. I echo all the concerns and comments presented by my neighbors, particularly those bordering the land, regarding the latest submittals. There have 1/9/25, 2:56 PM Mail - Julia Destino - Outlook https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox/id/AAQkADI5NDIzZGRiLTQwNjEtNGM1MS05ZmQxLTUyZTNkMzFiZDJiZQAQAAnRKHAEbmZOt2c3h9wTJr…1/2 been various plans posted, which are we to evaluate (1, 2 or 3)? I attended the 12/12, and recall the discussions of the buffer. The specific request was for the applicant to show a RENDERING of what the neighbors would be looking at from their backyards. I have yet to see this rending, only a top down tree map. My request is that you enforce the ask to the applicant so that the community will be able to properly evaluate the impact to the community character and feel. An important question on the form the board must answer allowing the project to move forward. A top down view simply does not show this. Further, I would like, as others have, to remind the board of the revised wetlands regulations in NYS. This smaller 0.45 acre portion now falls under the revised regulations in effect Jan. 1, 2025. Wetlands of any size in an Urban Area are now under jurisdiction, to which this land falls. Please take these comments under consideration when you review the application.
