Hi Julia: The site plans you sent can be seen on-line but aer half an hour with tech guru at FedEx she says won't print, seems to be a corrupon issue. I truly thank you for trying - can you ask LaBella to send extra hard copies? I was able to open and print out large format bio-swale planngs. (Again, Rhom Enterprises ... Is that actual applicant? Reading the Stormwater Manual 2024 re bio-swale landscaping, there was a comment that some form of irrigaon plan should be part of the proposal - plants are liable to fail without a bit of early TLC assistance. I don't see this addressed. Comments also say that most plants won't really start to grow for two years - so should larger trees be planted? Generally 10 to 12 foot tall trees seem skimpy in relaon to what they are supposed to accomplish. I don't see anything on the plan re exactly how these trees are supposed to be planted - I sent this issue in earlier e/mails. Stormwater manual has tree planng requirements that look a bit complex. I researched the proposed plants - some might not be suitable due to exisng plant diseases that now specifically aack certain trees. (Sent separately). Could you please pass along this informaon to the planning board before the workshop? Also, has my leer to planning board been distributed?
