Comments I am writing about my concern over the map and designation of
trees to be cut down in order to clear the land for the applicant.
Several trees have been marked for destruction, as well as
ones to be saved. However, without an accurate map of the

proposed swale that will carry large amounts of water along
several homeowners property lines, it is difficult to determione
the accuracy of the proposal. At this point, the swale has been
depicted on a non-official map, just showing a blue line running
north along the property lines. It does not indicate the
dimensions (width, depth, length), thus it is hard to determine if
certain trees and/or roots of trees will be impacted. There are
also random trees marked for destruction way west and North
of the land to be graded, which makes no sense, while there is
a large tree that is unmarked just west of my property line that
(as far as we know) will have water running right under it and
thus will be compromised and likely fall, causing damage to
ours or our neighbors house. It seems like they randomly
marked trees, and did not follow any certified maps. (remember
the tree map was proven wrong and misleading by us, the
homeowners). If this project, that clearly ONLY benefits the
wealthy land owner, is approved, who will be responsible to
hold them liable if trees fall due to water running through the
root system? I ask that the board make no decision on this
proposal until accurate maps and plans are submitted.
