NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Architectural Review of a wall sign and monument sign within the Office- Medical -
Business- 2 district, tax parcel # 165 . 10- 2 - 2 , within the City of Saratoga Springs .
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 61 7 , the Design Review Commission classifies this request as
a SEQR Type II action - exempt from further SEQR review.
And , in accordance with the objectives , standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning
Ordinance Article 240- 7 . 5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the
following decision on September 4 , 2019 :
2 Approved with the following conditions :
The base material of the monument sign to be a true brick face material with details to be
submitted and approved administratively.
Note : this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary
building permit has been issued and actual work begun .
Record of vote : motion to approve made by KCavotta, seconded by RDuBoff: passed 7-0
In favor: TEhinger, KCavotta, LMechem , CBennett, LDiCarlo, RDuBoff, ESheehan
As a result of this decision , the applicant may proceed with the proposed project as approved .
