Comments While we acknowledge the Mohrs' property rights, the current
planning raises significant concerns regarding water
management, property boundaries, swale placement, and
resulting impact on neighboring properties.

LaBella Group's presentations continue to contain errors at
each meeting. We urge the Board to prioritize community
interests by requiring accurate plans:
1. Accurate plans staked for neighbors to understand with third-
party verification (not hard to read google maps)
2. Comprehensive water management solutions that is verified
by third party (e.g., Cornell)
3. Clear documentation of impact mitigation for the
neighborhood and how the increased flows will be properly
handled by the existing city infrastructure.
One other aspect I would like to highlight is that land clearing
without development plans contradicts this Board's historical
public positions. The current proposal warrants the same
scrutiny.
Today's rainfall resulted in 4 inches of standing water in my
backyard, with similar flooding observed at 9, 13, and 15
Outlook (the only properties I observed). This demonstrates the
area's existing drainage challenges, evidenced by high water
tables and poorly draining soil - the ground is not frozen.
If the Board proceeds with approval tomorrow, we request
guidance on the appeals process. Our primary concern
remains: How can the Board ensure proper water management
given the constantly changing and seemingly insufficient plans
to move the water safely away and protect the existing trees
that are near their property boarder?
These photos serve to document evidence of current conditions
on a typical rainy day for future reference if needed.
