parcel #166.69-1-21, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617,the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
0 Type II action - exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development
Ordinance Article 240-13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review
Commission issues the following decision on December 4, 2024:
0 Approve with the following conditions:
6/1 (six over one) windows,true divided light with spacers between glass, no screens. Applicant to submit new
cut sheets to the DRB for administrative review
Note:this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has
been issued and actual work begun.
