involving Architectural Review for significance and demolition within the Urban Core (T-6)
District-, tax parcel # 165.60-1-27, 28, 29,within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board acting as the only involved agency
issued a SEQRA negative declaration of environmental impact on July 24, 2024.
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development
Ordinance Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design
Review Commission issues the following decision on July 24, 2024:
El Approve the demolition as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.

In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617,the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
El Unlisted action-SEQR assessment&determination on July 24, 2024
We have reviewed the SEQR environmental assessment form and determined that Part I is complete. We
have reviewed Part II of the SEQR form and determined that it is accurate. Therefore, I move for the
issuance of a negative declaration of environmental significance because analysis of the information
provided and presented in the environmental assessment form demonstrates that the project will not result
in any large and important impact and, therefore, is one that will not have a significant impact on the
environment.
