Also below is a short narrative describing the proposed project. The property owners are planning for an addition at the rear of their existing home. The proposed addition would be 2 stories to match the existing house and would have a footprint of 523 sq. ft. along with a small wood deck area of 28 sq. ft. The current rear setback for this property is 25 feet which would not allow for the proposed design. Therefore, we are requesting an area variance be granted for this property. For your review, along with the area variance application,we have provided proposed plans, elevations and a plot plan for a better understanding of the current situation and proposed construction on the site.
