I 54.-2-4 I.4 in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan review for construction of an 8,844 sq. ft. place of worship and associated site worlc in the Rural Residential (RR) District. In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 I 7, the Planning Board classified the action as Unlisted and issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration on January I I, 2024 passed 7-0 in favor; And, in accordance with Site Plan Review approval standards in the Unified Development Ordinance, Article I 3.5, the Planning Board issued the following decision on November 14, 2024 passed 7-0 in favor: Marshall, Pingel, Mayo, McTygue, Morrison, King, Stellato: C� Approve site plan set with revision date I I/08/2024 with the followin� revisions and conditions: I. The parlcing space closest to the church shall be striped to signal no parlcing. 2. The applicant shall submit a will-serve letter from the Saratoga County Sewer District. 3. Final plans shall be provided to the satisfaction of the City Engineer's Office. The applicant is required to: I. Provide documentation of conformance with all required conditions of approval. 2. Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Board Chair. 3. Submit two (2) paper copies and one (I) electronic copy of the final approved site plan set for signature by the Planning Board Chair within ei�hteen �I 8) months of approval as per Article I 3.5 of the Unified Development Ordinance. Note: this approval shall expire within eighteen (I 8) months of the signature of final plans if the applicant has not started actual construction as per Article I 3.5 of the U DO.
