NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the special use permit application #20240845 of:

Involving the premises with tax parcel #I 90.-2-5.I I, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for
approval extension of a permanent special use permit for a I 6-unit multi-family residential project in a
Gateway Commercial— Rural (GC-R) District with the Planning Board who met on October 24, 2024 and
made the following decision(s)with a 7-0 vote of the Board:
■ Issued an I 8 month approval extension for permanent special use permit. This is the first extension
approval and shall expire March 3 I, 2026.
■ All conditions of the original approval,granted on March 23, 2023 remain in effect.
Unless further extended by the Planning Board, this approval shall expire if the applicant fails to comply
with any required conditions and start actual construction, or otherwise implement this approval within 18
months from this date.
