NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Architectural Review of new wall signage within the Transect- 5 Neighborhood Center
district, tax parcel # 165 . 18- 2 - 5 . 11 , within the City of Saratoga Springs .
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 61 7 , the Design Review Commission classifies this request as
a SEQR Type II action - exempt from further SEQR review.
And , in accordance with the objectives , standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning
Ordinance Article 240- 7 . 5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the
following decision on August 7 , 2019 :
2 Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note : this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary
building permit has been issued and actual work begun .
Record of vote : motion to approve made by TEhinger, seconded by LMechem : passed 6-0
In favor: TEhinger, KCavotta, LMechem , CBennett, RDuBoff, ESheehan
Absent: LDiCarlo
As a result of this decision , the applicant may proceed with the proposed project as approved .
