The circa 1840 Greek Revival house is a *`contributing building" to the West Side Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Board of Directors Adam N. Favro The Foundation does not object to the installation of solar roof panels. However, it does President have concerns about the proposed ground ladder accesses which are referenced on the site aces Gold plan. There is no detailed information about the ground ladder accesses — size, material, or JVice President color. The Foundation respectfully requests that the Design Review Commission require detailed information regarding the ground access ladders before providing approval as the Linda Harvey-Opiteck ladders will be highly visible on Washington Street.
