Project Address 400 Louden Road Comments I am writing to express my concern regarding the proposal to encourage overflow street parking on Bog Meadow Run with the proposed development at 400 Louden Road. Cars travel quickly on this stretch of Louden Road, and although I slow down before the intersection, it is imperative that one maintains forward momentum to avoid being rear ended. When making a right turn onto Bog Meadow Run from Louden Road there is a sharp turn with limited sight lines. The narrow road curves and then quickly slopes down a hill, creating another area with limited sight lines. Bog Meadow Run was not built to accommodate street parking or pedestrians. I am gravely concerned that pedestrians and vehicles (parked and in motion) on Bog Meadow Run willl be in harms way if street parking is encouraged. Thank you for considering my concerns.
