Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID#I 79.-3-29.2 I I, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application
for preliminary plat review of a proposed three-lot conservation subdivision in the Rural Residential (RR)
District with the Planning Board who met on October I 0, 2024 and made the following decision(s):
In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 6 I 7 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short
Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and II, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on
September 12, 2024;
And, in accordance with the purpose and objectives set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance
Article I 4 "Subdivision Approval", the Planning Board issued the following decision:
C� Approve preliminary plat (dated July 24, 2024)with the following conditions:
I. The final plat shall include future vehicular connection to Riley Farm Lane and specify when that
connection will be constructed.
2. The final plat shall include a table with modified dimensional standards for the conservation subdivision.
3. The final plat submission shall include a draft conservation easement per I 6.8 in the UDO.
Approval of the preliminary plat expires within one year after the resolution granting such approval unless
a final plat is submitted per 14.3 of the UDO.
