I still do not understand why Mr. Mohr is asking the Board to approve a complete clearing of all of this forested area with 10/15/24, 12:37 PM Mail - Julia Destino - Outlook https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox/id/AAQkADI5NDIzZGRiLTQwNjEtNGM1MS05ZmQxLTUyZTNkMzFiZDJiZQAQAIK9I%2B8nIpVOp58EhKqZj4…1/2 knowing what is to be built on the land. This will be a very negative impact to all of the houses that abut up to the property. Without a plan we do not know how long the land will be empty, and that is just not a good idea. The only person that benefits from clearing the land is Mr. Mohr. The neighborhood suffers from noise pollution, light pollution, safety issues and negative financial impact. If a plan ever is submitted, I would also hope that there is at least 50 feet of buffer between residential and commercial buildings.
