Comments Hello, I have attached pictures of the view from my backyard
looking west towards the parcel owned by Mr. Mohr. .As you
can see, this is a heavily wooded area and is quite a pleasant
view. I still do not understand why Mr. Mohr is asking the Board
to approve a complete clearing of all of this forested area with

knowing what is to be built on the land. This will be a very
negative impact to all of the houses that abut up to the
property. Without a plan we do not know how long the land will
be empty, and that is just not a good idea. The only person that
benefits from clearing the land is Mr. Mohr. The neighborhood
suffers from noise pollution, light pollution, safety issues and
negative financial impact. If a plan ever is submitted, I would
also hope that there is at least 50 feet of buffer between
residential and commercial buildings.
