Scupper & Downspout Project Number 20240778 Project Address 30 Whistler Ct Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Comments The report from EDP shows the western elevation of the building with the installed diverter & the 3 proposed downspouts, 1 of which was already installed before the City became involved. The EDP reports also states that the final # of downspouts and the location are yet to be determined, although the EDP report calls for 3, each one having to be connected to the City storm water system, that alone will be costly, and 3 may not be enough. This project demands much more thought and planning before moving forward and should also be shared to all the owner with all the details and estimated cost as well as the risks going forward. I have included the letter from the contractor with notes. I have included the original quote I mentioned in my previous comments on this subject.
