SUBMIT COMMENTS REGARDING CITY PROJECTS
Thank you for submitting your comments. Your feedback will be forwarded to the
City's Planning Department and Land Use Board members. NOTE: Comments
submitted later than 12:00 noon on the day before the Land Use Board meeting
may not be reviewed prior to their meeting. All comments will be added to the

Comments The report from EDP shows the western elevation of the
building with the installed diverter & the 3 proposed
downspouts, 1 of which was already installed before the City
became involved. What is not shown in the EDP report is the
continuation of the diverter along the southern elevation & the

northern elevation for ~ 10ft on both.
The EDP reports also states that the final # of downspouts and
the location are yet to be determined, although the EDP report
calls for 3, each one having to be connected to the City storm
water system, that alone will be costly, and 3 may not be
enough. This project demands much more thought and
planning before moving forward and should also be shared to
all the owner with all the details and estimated cost as well as
the risks going forward.
I have included the letter from the contractor with notes.
I have included the original quote I mentioned in my previous
comments on this subject.
