Comments My husband has made clear our concerns about the
easement/storm water potential which will greatly affect our
property. I would like the board to consider the implications of
preparing a site with (supposedly) no planned building - what is
the rush? I have a call into the DEC to try to learn more about

the upcoming NYS 2025 changes to Article 24. Is this proposal,
which states a start date of demolition in Novemeber, a chance
to get ahead of a new ruling? Once decimated this land will not
be able to be restored. I also would ask the Board to change
the present notification of neighboring properties rules.
Apparently only actual building proposals require notification -
land disturbance does not. If we had not been following the
planning board agendas our neighborhood most likely would
not have learned about this proposal til it was too late to state
our concerns and try to protect our homes. This is a rule that
most definitely needs to be changed. Lastly, we invite the
Board to visit the site and neighboring properties. Thank you for
the hard work you do to keep the residents of Saratoga Springs
in mind and protected as the City grows.
