Project Address 247 kaydeross ave east Comments I have concerns regarding the entrance and exit of the subdivision. My property extends nearly the entire length of the proposed road leading to the new subdivision. Depending on the number of properties allowed, the amount of traffic to and from will exponentially increase. I am also concerned about the value of my property being affected because of the presence of more traffic and less privacy with this new road. It is my understanding that there are several other options for a road leading to these houses that may be used. The proposed road to be built next to my property is currently a driveway that in most areas is less that 10 feet wide. This driveway is very long and I would imagine that the cost to make it legally accessible to all types of vehicles would be less cost effective that the alternatives.
