Comments I have concerns regarding the entrance and exit of the

the quiet enjoyment of my surroundings which is why I chose
this location in the first place. I am also concerned about the
value of my property being affected because of the presence of
more traffic and less privacy with this new road. It is my
understanding that there are several other options for a road
leading to these houses that may be used. The proposed road
to be built next to my property is currently a driveway that in
most areas is less that 10 feet wide. This driveway is very long
and I would imagine that the cost to make it legally accessible
to all types of vehicles would be less cost effective that the
alternatives. I am opposed to this driveway being used as an
entranceway to this new subdivision.
