Project Scope For Building 1
Replace existing windows in Building 1 with new code compliant and energy efficient windows
No Exterior Changes
No Structural Changes
No Layout Changes
Project Summary
The existing windows in the building are old and some of them are difficult to operate
Fire Department inspections have noted that the egress windows need to be operational all time
Trying to fix them all may not be possible and these may break further during repairing
Currently we are renovating the room interiors under a different Building Permit and can get the windows replaced at the same time
We already have the required windows in stock as we had ordered it with all other material that is being used for room renovation
The windows we have are energy code compliant for NY
There are 3 different sizes of windows that are being replaced
Total 66 windows will be replaced (22 rooms X 3 per room)
